The Better Woman Blog

Blogging was new to me when I began to heal from my past. In many ways, I thank blogging for saving my life. Often I question where I would be if I chose not to accept the past and focus on the present. One thing I can say, if you're not used to expressing your emotions, blogging will help you experience things you never knew you were holding on to. Don't be afraid to talk to yourself to paper. The more you express to yourself, the better you understand yourself and the outcome can be life-changing.


After everything I have been through, I am here. Writing, progressing and living for my future is at the top of my agenda nonstop. Follow me as I heal. I hope to be an inspiration for someone.
